Role Overview:
As Head of Go-to-Market, you’ll craft and lead our GTM strategy across sales, marketing, and partnerships. You’ll drive revenue growth and establish our brand in the EU.
Responsibilities:

Define and execute a cohesive GTM strategy.

Build and lead cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, CS).

Develop pricing, positioning, and channel strategies.

Represent the company at industry events and with partners.
Requirements:

10+ years in GTM or commercial leadership roles.

Experience in climate tech, SaaS, or B2B tech.

Strong strategic and execution skills.

Comfortable in Berlin or remote EU with occasional travel.
