Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our platform. You’ll build long-term relationships and drive adoption across EU markets.
Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation.

Monitor client health and proactively address risks.

Advocate for clients internally to shape product roadmap.

Upsell and cross-sell to grow account revenue.
Requirements:

4+ years in customer success or account management.

Experience in climate tech or sustainability is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a bonus.
