Customer Success Lead – Healthtech (Remote Europe)

Role Overview: As Customer Success Lead, you’ll own the CS strategy, ensuring clients achieve their goals with our platform. You’ll build a scalable CS function to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a customer success strategy.

  • Manage key accounts and drive adoption/retention.

  • Build playbooks and processes for the CS team.

  • Collaborate with product to incorporate client feedback.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in customer success, ideally in healthtech.

  • Experience building or scaling CS teams.

  • Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
