Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a customer success strategy.

Manage key accounts and drive adoption/retention.

Build playbooks and processes for the CS team.

Collaborate with product to incorporate client feedback.
Requirements:

6+ years in customer success, ideally in healthtech.

Experience building or scaling CS teams.

Strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
