Customer Success Manager – Climate Tech (Remote, EU)

Role Overview: As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our platform. You’ll build long-term relationships and drive adoption across EU markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and guide them through implementation.

  • Monitor client health and proactively address risks.

  • Advocate for clients internally to shape product roadmap.

  • Upsell and cross-sell to grow account revenue.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in customer success or account management.

  • Experience in climate tech or sustainability is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Fluent in English; additional EU languages are a bonus.
