VP of Sales – Fintech (Berlin)

Role Overview: As VP of Sales, you’ll lead our global sales strategy, building and scaling a high-performing team to drive revenue growth. Based in Berlin, you’ll report directly to the CEO and shape the company’s commercial future.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets.

  • Hire, train, and mentor a world-class sales team.

  • Build partnerships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales experience, with 5+ in a leadership role.

  • Deep expertise in fintech or payments industries.

  • Proven ability to scale sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
